Ideal for protecting compact, high-risk areas.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Safety challenges<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The energy transition is driving the rapid growth of lithium-ion battery storage systems in data centers, UPS systems, energy containers, and electrical distribution boards, among other applications. These systems pose new safety challenges. During charging, discharging, or in the event of thermal runaway, hazardous gases such as hydrogen (H\u2082), carbon monoxide (CO), and methane (CH\u2084) can be released, often undetected. Early detection is essential to prevent fire, system damage, and personal injury.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Targeted and fast gas detection<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Crowcon&#039;s new BESafe gas detector is specifically designed to mitigate these risks.
