its range of radar sensors with a new product line: the <strong>Plug&amp;Safe Line<\/strong>This product line consists of two compact radar sensors ( <a style=\"color: #ff5284\" title=\"Text S202A-MV\" href=\"https:\/\/shop.fortop.nl\/artikel\/52898\/inxpect-s202a-mv-radarsensor-precense-sensing-903070131a0.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S202A-MV<\/a> and <a style=\"color: #ff5284\" title=\"Text S202A-MS\" href=\"https:\/\/shop.fortop.nl\/artikel\/52899\/inxpect-s202a-ms-radarsensor-safeguard-903070141a0.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S202A-MS<\/a> ) designed for quick installation, intuitive configuration and reliable machine safety.<\/p>\r\n<p>Both sensors meet the <strong>ISO 102 18 2 2025 standard<\/strong>, in which the use of <em>presence sensing devices<\/em> is mandatory when the visibility of the operator in the cell cannot be guaranteed. They also support applications according to <strong>ISO 12895<\/strong>, where such sensors are required where full access to hazardous areas is required.<\/p>\r\n<h3><br \/>Always in view, even with dust and smoke<\/h3>\r\n<p>Like other Inxpect sensors, the Plug&amp;Safe Line operates on a 60 GHz radar. This makes the sensors impervious to dust, smoke, or dirt and certified to SIL 2 and PL d. They therefore meet the highest safety standards.<\/p>\r\n<h3><br \/>Two variants:<\/h3>\r\n<h4>S202A MV \u2013 Presence sensing<\/h4>\r\n<p>The S202A MV uses 60 GHz FMCW radar technology and <strong>detects the presence of people<\/strong> In a hazardous zone, even minimal movement, such as breathing, is detected. The sensor prevents the machine from restarting as long as movement is detected. It monitors a space up to 4 \u00d7 4 \u00d7 2.5 meters and is easily configured with three parameters: height, length, and width. The sensor has a 5-pin M12 connector for connection to the <strong>control unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<h4>S202A MS \u2013 Safeguarding<\/h4>\r\n<p>The S202A MS also uses 60 GHz FMCW radar technology and functions as a <strong>virtual safety light curtain<\/strong>As soon as someone enters the monitored zone, the sensor disables the hazardous movement of a system or robot cell. The sensor monitors a five-centimeter-wide zone with two adjustable parameters: height and length. This sensor also features a 5-pin M12 connector for quick and robust connection to the control unit.<\/p>\r\n<h3><br \/>Easy to install and configure<\/h3>\r\n<p>The sensors in the Plug&amp;Safe Line are designed for fast and error-free integration. For the S202A MS, only the height and length of the zone need to be specified. The S202A MV requires a third parameter: the width. The rest is handled automatically. Configuration is performed via <strong>Inexpect Safety Studio<\/strong> in which the detected volume can be visualized in 3D.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"articles
