Omdat de accuspanning laag is, moet er een hoge stroom geleverd worden om hetzelfde vermogen te halen. Dat vraagt om grotere, zwaardere en duurdere motoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Laagspanningszijde [V]<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Hoogspanningszijde [V]<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Vermogen [W]<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>32\u201357 VDC<\/td><td>600\u2013630 VDC<\/td><td>11.000<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Door een DC\/DC-converter tussen de batterij en de aandrijving te plaatsen, is een logge laagspanningsmotor niet langer nodig. De converter verhoogt de accuspanning en voedt daarmee een standaard 230 of 400 VAC frequentieregelaar. Dit zorgt voor een compactere, lichtere en kosteneffici\u00ebntere aandrijfoplossing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extra voordelen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>betere snelheidsregeling en synchronisatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lagere prijs, gewicht en afmetingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bewezen gangbare techniek, geen complexe bestruing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remenergie terug in de batterij<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>geen externe acculader nodig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inzicht in de laadstatus (SoC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>snellere laadtijden, dus minder stilstand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Met de bi-directionele DC\/DC-converters van EPIC Power kunnen standaard frequentiegeregelde&nbsp; aandrijvingen (driefase of \u00e9\u00e9nfase) en synchrone motoren worden toegepast op bestaande batterijsystemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het gebruik van AC-motoren in plaats van DC-motoren levert niet alleen betere controle, acceleratie en koppel op, maar ook een hogere effici\u00ebntie en lagere kosten
