Mechanical loads, such as strong bends at small radii, tensile forces generated during dynamic use, and wear from contact with surrounding components, put significant strain on the cables and can cause long-term damage. The cables feature a particularly robust outer sheath made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). This is highly resistant to both abrasion and chemical influences, ensuring excellent durability even at extreme temperatures. High-coverage shielding with a flat braiding angle provides reliable protection against EMC interference.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\" data-mce-style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The inner sheath of HELUCHAIN cables is also made of TPE and is extruded under pressure.
