class=\"text bg--offwhite\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text__content text__content--1-col\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen is een uniek park waar bezoekers een wereldreis maken door verschillende klimaatzones, van tropisch regenwoud tot savanne en poolgebied. Achter deze indrukwekkende ervaring schuilt een zeer complex technisch systeem. BUILDING technology speelde een sleutelrol in het realiseren van deze \u201conzichtbare\u201d techniek en was verantwoordelijk voor het volledige meet- en regeltechnische hart van het park.<\/strong><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In het Nederlandse klimaat is hoogwaardige gebouwtechniek essentieel om subtropische dieren en exotische beplanting onder de juiste omstandigheden te laten leven. Binnen WILDLANDS moeten temperatuur, relatieve luchtvochtigheid, luchtkwaliteit en verlichting uiterst nauwkeurig worden gereguleerd. Afwijkingen kunnen direct leiden tot stress bij dieren of schade aan flora. BUILDING technology BV onderdeel van VDK groep ontwierp en realiseerde hiervoor een integraal gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS) dat al deze processen centraal bewaakt en aanstuurt.<\/p>\n<h4>Volledige verantwoordelijkheid: van engineering tot oplevering<\/h4>\n<p>BUILDING technology nam het volledige meet- en regelproces op zich voor zowel de werktuigbouwkundige als de elektrotechnische installaties. Dit omvatte het complete traject: van engineering en softwareontwikkeling tot installatie, inbedrijfstelling en uitgebreide functionele testen. Voor de opening van het park werden dynamische testen uitgevoerd in aanwezigheid van onder meer boomdeskundigen en dierenverzorgers, zodat zeker was dat alle leefomgevingen optimaal functioneerden voordat de dieren hun intrek namen.<\/p>\n<h4>Slimme verlichting en dag-nachtbeleving<\/h4>\n<p>Een bijzonder onderdeel van het project is de verlichting. Alle lichtarmaturen in het park zijn gekoppeld aan een data-gestuurd regelsysteem. Hierdoor kunnen onopvallend verlichtingsscenario\u2019s worden gecre\u00eberd die het natuurlijke dag- en nachtritme nabootsen. Zo \u201contwaken\u201d dieren zoals giraffen bij een gesimuleerde zonsopkomst, wat bijdraagt aan natuurlijk gedrag en welzijn. Ook kunnen paden tijdelijk in specifieke kleuren worden verlicht, bijvoorbeeld als routegeleiding tijdens evenementen, zonder de beleving of de dieren te verstoren.<\/p>\n<h4>Centraal beheer over grote afstanden<\/h4>\n<p>WILDLANDS beslaat een groot terrein met aanzienlijke afstanden tussen gebouwen en installaties. Zonder een centraal GBS zou het vrijwel onmogelijk zijn om overzicht te houden over alle technische processen. Dankzij het systeem van BUILDING technology kunnen beheerders vanaf \u00e9\u00e9n centrale locatie installaties monitoren en bijsturen. Dit maakt niet alleen effici\u00ebnt beheer mogelijk, maar zorgt ook voor optimale energieconsumptie en duurzaam gebruik van installaties.<\/p>\n<h4>Duurzame basis voor de toekomst<\/h4>\n<p>Met het project bij WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen heeft BUILDING technology een technologische basis neergelegd die niet alleen bijdraagt aan dierenwelzijn en bezoekerservaring, maar ook aan duurzaam en effici\u00ebnt beheer op de lange termijn. De combinatie van precisietechniek, datagedreven beheer en onzichtbare integratie maakt dit project tot een toonaangevend voorbeeld van moderne gebouwtechnologie in een complexe, levende
