Met de uitbreiding van hun servicewerkplaats eind 2024 hebben ze hun kalibratiecapaciteit substantieel vergroot en de lat voor meetnauwkeurigheid merkbaar hoger gelegd.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Een flow-rig ontworpen voor precisie<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">De kern van de kalibratieservice is een volledig geautomatiseerd flow-rig, ontwikkeld in samenwerking met NMi\/VSL en gecertificeerd volgens zowel ISO 17025 als ISO 9001:2015. De installatie is uitgerust met een laser-gesneden flow straightener voor een stabiel laminair flowprofiel, twee pompen (5 kW en 22 kW) en continue logging van druk en temperatuur. Dankzij meervoudige output-kalibratie en real-time statistische analyse van meetonzekerheid levert elke kalibratie direct bruikbare, gedocumenteerde resultaten op.<\/p>\r\n<h2>In de werkplaats of op locatie<\/h2>\r\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Kalibratie hoeft niet te betekenen dat een instrument uit de lijn wordt gehaald. U-F-M&#8217;s technici werken ook op locatie, met mobiele apparatuur, zonder demontage. De doorlooptijd in de werkplaats bedraagt maximaal 7 werkdagen. Elke kalibratie wordt afgesloten met een &#8216;as found&#8217;- en &#8216;as left&#8217;-rapportage, inclusief justering en volledige traceerbaarheid van de meetresultaten.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Aanvullend verzorgt U-F-M ook druk- en temperatuurkalibraties, afzonderlijk of gecombineerd met flowmetingen.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Voor wie?<\/h2>\r\n<p>De kalibratieservice is met name relevant voor bedrijven en instellingen waarbij meetnauwkeurigheid wettelijk verplicht is of operationeel kritisch:
