Grupo King: new, strong member of the SAUTER Group<\/h3>\n

The SAUTER Group has been collaborating with Grupo King since 2024. The acquisition of one of the leading suppliers of HVAC and building management systems in Portugal is a new milestone in SAUTER's growth strategy.<\/em><\/p>\n

With the integration of Grupo King, the SAUTER Group strengthens its local presence in Portugal and takes another significant step towards European expansion. In the Portuguese company, it has found an established partner with impressive expertise in energy management, building management, and building automation.<\/p>\n

Grupo King, founded in 2013 in Leiria, Portugal, is now considered one of the leading national suppliers for the installation, maintenance, and distribution of technical building systems. The focus is primarily on building management systems (BMS) and systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology (HVAC). The team, led by Director Tiago Trindade, currently numbers approximately 170 employees and has branches in Lisbon and Loul\u00e9. Through its successful participation in major national projects, the company has repeatedly demonstrated the high quality of its services and innovative construction solutions, and has earned a good reputation throughout the country.<\/p>\n

Grupo King's in-depth expertise, proximity to customers, and regional presence will expand SAUTER's proven and reliable solutions on the Portuguese market in the future. For customers, this means even more reliable and faster service, an extensive portfolio of integrated system solutions, and innovative, advanced technology.<\/p>\n

The acquisition is therefore more than just an expansion of the company; it also contributes to promoting sustainable and efficient buildings of the future in an even more targeted manner. SAUTER and Grupo King have set themselves the goal of pursuing ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) criteria together and with the greatest possible consistency to support customers as an environmentally conscious and reliable partner.<\/p>\n

The ESG criteria<\/strong> encompass the three pillars of sustainability: Environment<\/strong> (environment), Social<\/strong> (society) and Governance<\/strong> (business operations). They demonstrate how companies embed climate protection, social responsibility, and transparent structures in their practices. For investors, partners, and customers, they are considered a benchmark for sustainability and reliability, in the \u201cenvironmental\u201d sector, for example, through the use of sustainable materials or the intended reduction of emissions.<\/p>\n

And what does this mean for the collaboration? The first joint success<\/h3>\n

The first joint project has already successfully started. With an impressive order volume of 5 million euros, it once again confirms the expertise and strong regional reputation of Grupo King.<\/p>\n

GEBI, Center for Health Care and Laboratory Equipment in Leiria, near the Grupo King headquarters, meets the highest standards in terms of efficiency, safety, and sustainability. The building will be equipped with comprehensive system solutions for state-of-the-art and high-performance building operation. This includes, in particular, advanced HVAC systems and a comprehensive building management system. While the complex HVAC installations are being planned and implemented by Grupo King, SAUTER Portugal is creating the required Building Management System (BMS). More than 5,000 data points, controlling approximately 200 fan coil units, are integrated across nine floors and an area of approximately 12,000 m\u00b2.2<\/sup>. The holistic design enables automated, highly efficient, and reliable building management.<\/p>\n

The project is a promising start for the excellent collaboration between the two companies. It also impressively highlights the joint commitment to powerful and efficient system solutions.<\/p>\n
