The striking office tower in the north of Nuremberg, developed by S&P Commercial Development, houses approximately 10,000 m\u00b2 of office and commercial space across 12 floors. This creates a new center in the Thon district dedicated to maximum future orientation. The modern office floors and conference rooms offer everything the business heart desires. The Solution<\/h3>\n

SAUTER Vision Services provide comprehensive energy and building management. The system is responsible for the central connection and control of all data recorded in the building in the cloud. The basis for this is the modular automation system modulo 6. With minimal space requirements, this system reliably processes large amounts of data and securely transmits it to the cloud via encrypted BACnet\/SC communication. Operators do not need to be on-site for a complete overview of the data: SAUTER Remote Management enables convenient access to all building data, independent of location and in real time. The data is consolidated in the Customer Portal as a central information platform in the cloud and displayed in a user-friendly manner. This ensures that those responsible for the building maintain an overview at all times to make informed decisions.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Mobile Building Services, another solution from the SAUTER Cloud, and the Mobile Room Control app, room control can be performed via your own smartphone \u2013 as simple and intuitive as never before. Also part of the concept are the innovative SAUTER Smart Sensor viaSens multisensors, which continuously ensure an optimal indoor climate. They can be easily integrated into the building automation system via a wireless Bluetooth Mesh network and a sensor gateway. They accurately register ambient values such as temperature, humidity, or motion and provide visual feedback on the state of room quality via a multi-color LED ring. Integrated Bluetooth Beacons provide the Mobile Room Control app with exact location information for room-selective control.<\/p>\n
