FHI submits a joint application on behalf of its members and guides the entire process, from preparation to submission and execution.<\/p>\n<p>Within this collaboration, we are developing three interconnected building blocks. First, a sector-wide skills framework with clear roles, competencies, and career paths for the technology sectors. Secondly, a Performance &amp; Skills Tool will be developed that provides insight into existing and missing competencies and supports organizations in strategic workforce development. Finally, we are developing industry-specific training offerings, such as practice-oriented training and modular learning formats that are directly applicable in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>The SLIM collaboration is intended for SME organizations with up to 250 employees, or for partners participating together with SME members.
