With the FHI Academy, FHI brings learning and development together in one central location.<\/p>\n<p>The Academy helps organizations strengthen existing knowledge and make learning more effective and accessible. Practice is central to this: knowledge that is directly applicable and aligns with the needs of the sector.<\/p>\n<h3>One place for shared learning needs<\/h3>\n<p>Many educators, training courses, and initiatives are active within the sector. At the same time, knowledge and learning activities are often spread across various providers. As a result, an overview is sometimes lacking, making targeted development more difficult.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions with member companies reveal that there is a need for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>more coherence in the offering;<\/li>\n<li>practical and directly applicable knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>exchange with peers;<\/li>\n<li>Support for learning and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The FHI Academy responds to this by bundling shared learning needs and translating them into a concrete and accessible offering.<\/p>\n<h3>Connecting and developing knowledge<\/h3>\n<p>The FHI Academy supports organizations in organizing learning and development more intelligently. This is done in various ways.<\/p>\n<h3>Connecting knowledge<\/h3>\n<p>The Academy connects professionals. By sharing experiences and practical knowledge, a strong network of peers is created.<\/p>\n<h3>Ensuring industry-specific knowledge<\/h3>\n<p>Valuable knowledge and experience are retained for the sector and made accessible to current and future professionals.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Creating cohesion<\/h3>\n<p>The Academy connects existing offerings and develops new learning activities when there is a need for them.<\/p>\n<h3>Provide practical support<\/h3>\n<p>Organizations receive support in organizing learning and development, even when time or capacity is limited.<\/p>\n<h3>For the entire constituency<\/h3>\n<p>The FHI Academy is there for the entire FHI membership. Both organizations with an extensive HRD structure and companies where learning is less organized will find support there that suits their situation.<\/p>\n<p>Participants can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sharing knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>develop together;<\/li>\n<li>receive targeted support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Developed together with the sector<\/h3>\n<p>The FHI Academy is being developed in close collaboration with the sector. Key learning needs were identified during discussions with member companies. These form the basis for the development of the offerings.<\/p>\n<p>For the development of the Academy, FHI is collaborating with Vysta Learning Group. This organization has experience in developing industry-specific academies and assists in translating practical questions into concrete learning solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>First steps in 2026<\/h3>\n<p>In 2026, FHI continues working on the development of the Academy. The focus is on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>building the structure of the Academy;<\/li>\n<li>developing the first joint offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The official launch of the FHI Academy will follow later this year.
