The TCS43 is a microminiature SMT tactile switch designed for high-performance applications where compact dimensions, high reliability, and precise haptic feedback are required. With a footprint of just 4.2 \u00d7 3.2 mm and a low build height of 2.5 mm, it enables space-efficient PCB layouts without compromising ease of use.<\/em><\/p>\r\n

The switch offers three actuation forces (180 gf, 250 gf, 400 gf; corresponding to 1.76 N to 3.92 N), allowing engineers to precisely tailor the user experience to the application. With a mechanical lifespan of up to 100,000 cycles, the TCS43 delivers long-term reliability, even in demanding environments.<\/p>\r\n

The electrical performance supports low-power designs (10 \u00b5A to 50 mA, 1 to 12 VDC), while the contact resistance remains \u2264100 m\u03a9 for stable signal integrity. The device operates reliably within a wide temperature range (-40 \u00b0C to +90 \u00b0C), making it suitable for both consumer and medical applications.<\/p>\r\n
