Lattix has released Lattix 2026.0, bringing architecture analysis closer to the everyday development workflow with a new MCP Server, expanded language support and improvements in automation and performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a partner of\u00a0<\/strong>Lattix, <\/strong>part of <\/strong>CodeClinic LLC, Logic Technology helps engineering teams use architecture analysis to understand dependencies, manage software complexity and improve software quality.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From architectural analysis to AI-assisted remediation<\/h3>\n

The headline addition in Lattix 2026.0 is the new Lattix MCP Server<\/strong>, connecting Lattix architecture models with AI assistants.<\/p>\n

This makes architecture intelligence directly available within AI-assisted development workflows. For example, engineers can use Lattix to identify dependencies that prevent software reuse, provide that architectural context to an AI assistant and work towards resolving unwanted coupling.<\/p>\n

Lattix demonstrates this workflow in US Code<\/strong>, combining MCP integration with root-cause analysis and branch verification. This creates a shorter path from identifying an architectural issue to investigating and validating a potential solution.<\/p>\n

New Ada support for safety-critical software<\/h3>\n

Lattix 2026.0 also introduces a new Ada module<\/strong>, expanding architecture analysis for teams developing safety-critical, embedded and defense software.<\/p>\n

For C++ development, the Lattix C++ module has been updated to Clang 17<\/strong>, while Clang 12 remains available for compatibility with existing projects.<\/p>\n

These additions give engineering teams working with complex software systems more options for understanding dependencies, assessing architectural impact and controlling complexity as their codebase evolves.<\/p>\n

Better automation and visibility<\/h3>\n

The release also extends the Lattix Python API<\/strong>, enabling more Lattix functionality to be integrated into automated development processes. Command-line capabilities have also been enhanced through the ldc<\/code><\/strong> tools.<\/p>\n

Configurable views and filters allow teams to save different perspectives of a system, while additional controls for tag indicators in DSM and CAD views help engineers focus on the architecture information relevant to their task.<\/p>\n

Lattix 2026.0 also introduces performance improvements for large projects<\/strong>, supporting architecture analysis as software systems and their dependency structures grow.<\/p>\n

Through its partnership with CodeClinic<\/strong>, Logic Technology helps European engineering teams apply software architecture analysis within their development and software quality processes.<\/p>\n

Lattix provides engineers with visibility into dependencies and architectural relationships, helping teams assess change impact, identify unwanted coupling and manage software complexity.<\/p>\n
