In these processes, even tiny amounts of moisture can cause problems. For example, moisture can affect product quality, safety, yield, or process stability.<\/p>\r\n<p>The DMT153 measures down to <strong>-80 \u00b0C dew point<\/strong>. It also responds fast. As a result, users can see moisture changes early.<\/p>\r\n<p>The DMT153 replaces the DMT152. It adds modern connections, faster response, and easier setup. At the same time, it keeps the trusted DRYCAP\u00ae sensor and algorithm. Therefore, current users can move to the new device with less extra testing.<\/p>\r\n<h5 class=\"font-bold text-pretty [line-height:1.4] text-xl\"><strong>Why ultra-dry measurement matters<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<p>Ultra-dry air has very little water vapor. However, even a small amount of moisture can cause harm.<br \/>For example, it can cause chemical reactions. It can also cause corrosion or defects.<br \/>This matters in many critical industries. These include battery making, chip production, and high-purity gas systems.<br \/>The DMT153 gives users reliable moisture data. Therefore, they can find problems early.
