To address these challenges, Devoteq developed an automated frying system that can accurately dispense portions of fries. By integrating a weighing system into the dispensing process, the machine automatically determines the weight of each portion, ensuring uniform dispensing.<\/p><p>To achieve the required accuracy and reliability of the weighing system, Devoteq collaborated with Zemic Europe. Together, we selected a weighing solution that ensures accurate measurements, stable performance, and seamless integration into the automated system.<\/p><h2>Zemic &amp; Devoteq<\/h2><ul><li>High weighing accuracy for consistent portion sizes<\/li><li>Fast response time to support automated dosing processes<\/li><li>Cost-effective solution without compromising on performance<\/li><li>Easy integration into industrial automation systems<\/li><li>Robust construction, suitable for demanding machine environments<\/li><\/ul><h2>How Zemic Europe supported the project<\/h2><p>From the start of the development process, Devoteq was looking for more than just a supplier of components. The company needed a technical partner who could actively contribute to solving engineering challenges surrounding the weighing system.<\/p><div><p>Zemic Europe provided extensive technical support throughout the entire project. Thanks to the local presence in the Netherlands, close collaboration was possible, and communication during the development phase was efficient and targeted.<\/p><div>In close collaboration, various weighing concepts were evaluated and tested in practice. Thanks to Zemic&#039;s expertise, Devoteq was able to compare multiple options and make well-considered technical choices. This makes this load cell particularly suitable for use in a platform scale. Thanks to the stable output signal, the load cell delivers consistent measurement results, while the cost-efficient design ensures an optimal balance between performance, accuracy, and price.<\/p><p>In combination with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zemiceurope.com\/nl\/t1-4-channel\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.zemiceurope.com\/nl\/t1-4-channel\" data-mce-tabindex=\"-1\"><strong>T1-4 transmitter<\/strong><\/a>, which enables simple integration into machine control systems, this solution offers reliable weighing data in real time.
