To do so, click the Sign Up button in the top right corner.<\/p>\n<p>When reserving your time slot, please take into account the nearest door number for loading and unloading.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fhi.nl\/en\/wots\/beursplattegrond-wots-2026-exposanten\/\">View the map here<\/a>.\u00a0<strong>Please note: without a pre-booked time slot it is not possible to enter the loading and unloading zones of the Jaarbeurs. So book this in advance!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With small transport &lt;2.70 meters high (cars, buses, vans, trailers) you can already enter the site during the dismantling on Friday between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm without a time slot (with exhibitor badge).<\/p>\n<p><strong>You can reserve a time slot starting one month before the installation. The exact date will follow!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Access badge<\/strong><br \/>\nYou do not need an access badge for assembly and disassembly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dismantling<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter the closing of the exhibition (15:30), the dismantling begins. Between 15:30 and 17:30, the loading and unloading zone and the halls are only accessible upon presentation of an exhibitor badge. During this time, you may enter the site with small transport upon presentation of your exhibitor badge.
