an enthusiastic team of five professionals: three editors, a marketer and an email marketer. Together, you will ensure a strong brand identity and an effective marketing strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Your main tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the team and encouraging collaboration and creativity.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with FHI&#039;s goals and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor brand identity by developing guidelines and ensuring consistency across all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Set up, execute and analyze effective campaigns based on clear KPIs, such as ROI and conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and expand relationships with
