It&#039;s now possible to reserve a time slot for loading and unloading booth materials for both setup and dismantling days. Log in via the Voyage Control system and reserve your time slot. Don&#039;t have an account yet? Then click the &#039;Register&#039; button in the top right corner. Read the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fhi.nl\/en\/app\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Logistiek-onepager-NL-EN-DEF.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Logistics one-pager\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>carefully before you reserve your time slot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construction<br \/>\n<\/strong>The standard stand will be ready for you on Monday, September 22nd, from 7:00 AM. You can set up your stand until 11:00 PM. You must leave the Jaarbeurs grounds at 11:00 PM. From 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the grounds are only accessible with a time slot, which can be reserved for both small and large vehicles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dismantling<br \/>\n<\/strong>The trade fair&#039;s dismantling begins on Thursday, September 25th at 5:00 PM. Dismantling earlier is not permitted. Please ensure your stand is cleared by 11:00 PM.<br \/>\nBetween 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, the loading and unloading zone and the halls are only accessible upon presentation of the exhibitor badge. The rented container will then be brought to the stand by appointment and will then be collected to ensure the correct waste processing.
