This wavelength makes it possible for many material groups to be perfectly processed with the laser without additional tools, masks or films.Placing scan fields next to each other results in a working range of up to 229 mm x 305 mm x 10 mm. The laser focus with a diameter of approx. 20 \u00b5m allows for structures with a pitch of 65 \u00b5m (50 \u00b5m line width, 15 \u00b5m apart) related to FR4 with 18 \u00b5m Cu.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"c154551\" class=\"ce ce-layout-normal ce-bg-white ce-type-two_column_container\">\n<div id=\"c154551\" class=\"two-columns d-sm-flex row division-50-50 margin-vertical--40 clearfix\">\n<div id=\"c154654\" class=\"ce ce-layout-normal ce-bg-white ce-type-editorial_text\">\n<div id=\"c154654\" class=\"editorial-text\">\n<p><strong>Powerful system software<br \/>\n<\/strong>The user-friendly LPKF CircuitPro PL system software gives access to all important process parameters. A comprehensive parameter library that not only includes many common but also exotic materials provides assistance for the operator&#039;s own projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-6 col-xs-12\">\n<div id=\"c154655\" class=\"ce ce-layout-normal ce-bg-white ce-type-editorial_text\">\n<div id=\"c154655\" class=\"editorial-text\"><strong>Stabilization in the low-energy range<br \/>\n<\/strong>Fine, sensitive processes require very little laser energy. The new UV laser source is designed accordingly and is stable over a wide power range. This benefits applications with particularly thin layers or delicate materials.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"editorial-text\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: -0.32px;\">Process Tracking<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: -0.32px;\">A power measuring field determines the actual power of the laser when in focus position. This results in accurate actual data for documenting the production process.<\/span><strong>Vision system<br \/>\n<\/strong>The LPKF ProtoLaser U4 uses a newly designed, fast vision system optimized for laser micromachining.
