class=\"image-text-content__text\"><p>During this presentation, you will discover how advanced vision technology and artificial intelligence are used to compensate for natural variations in greenhouse conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The sun&#039;s position constantly influences the ratio of flesh, moisture, and skin in tomatoes, which directly affects weight and size. Our high-capacity sorting machine\u2014up to 10,000 tomatoes per half hour\u2014automatically adapts to these changes. A built-in <em>machine learning curve<\/em> The system compares the measured packaging weight with the vision system&#039;s prediction. The AI continuously checks whether the prediction is still accurate and adjusts the algorithms for maximum accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>The neural network also recognizes products that are close together and accurately distinguishes tomatoes and cucumbers, including details like the stem.
