Wrong posture, wrong technique, or the wrong pipette\u2026 and before you know it, you are stuck with inaccurate results or strain.<\/p>\n<p>In this workshop, the focus is on the basics: how to keep pipetting correct and comfortable, even on long days. Participants will get hands-on with:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 correct sitting posture and working height<br \/>\n\u2022 neutral wrist position during pipetting<br \/>\n\u2022 difference between single- and multi-channel pipettes<br \/>\n\u2022 handling viscous or volatile liquids<br \/>\n\u2022 correct transfer of the fluid<br \/>\n\u2022 which pipette matches which volume<\/p>\n<p>Through short video recordings, one&#039;s own posture becomes visible, and we compare before and after.
