Testing of Lithium Ion Batteries; Low-frequency AC-IR vs DC-IR Method

Lithium-ion batteries are emerging as the de facto technology for portable electronics, EV’s and home storage solutions. Manufacturers are scrambling to deliver their products as quickly as possible while improving quality to meet demanding applications. This presentation discusses the shortfalls of the traditional DC-IR method for lithium-ion battery testing and introduces an alternative method that cuts testing time down to 10 seconds while maintaining measurement precision and stability.
