Routes to optimize your LC method with both HPLC and UHPLC, taking PAH analysis as an example

Nowadays, need for higher throughput and a desire to improve sensitivity thresholds has made UHPLC more and more popular. However, there are different ways to achieve that goal. Instrument and column vendors have given their best efforts to bring their own solutions which gave a variety of choice of hardware, columns and operating processes to the analysts.

PerkinElmer pioneered Fast LC since the early years and offers a variety of analysis methods that can help people in the lab to run their analysis faster or with better chromatography performances. During this session, we will present the past, the present and some future prospective on how to conduct an analytical improvement based on a well known example of analysis.

PAH’s are ubiquitous and are still a health concern due to their structure robustness and ability to be probable carcinogenic compounds for some of them. We offer you a 360 ° view on how we can reach speed of analysis, sensitivity improvement or even better: both of them.

Spreker: Timon Huybrighs, PerkinElmer

Dit webinar vindt plaats op dinsdag 30 maart om 14:30
