What are the opening hours for visitors?

What is included in the price?
The organization provides standard stand construction for all exhibitors. These stands all have the same standard package. Download the specifications. The price include a furniture package and the visitor registration system.
What are the terms and conditions of participation?

How can I register?
You can sign up via this online form. You will receive a confirmation of your registration within 1 week.
Is it possible to register multiple companies at 1 booth?
Yes, this is possible. You can register other companies at your booth via this form.
Floor plan
Is it possible to choose from the availabe spots on the floor plan?
Exhibitors who register after March 3 can choose from the places that are still available on the floor plan at the time of publication of the final floor plan.
Why do I need to specify a preference for a cluster, stand type, and location?
Any exhibitor who registers before Friday, March 3, 2023 can specify a preference for a cluster, type of stand and location on the floor plan. We will do our best to take the preferences you have given into account as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee that they will be granted.
When will the concept floor plan be published?
The concept floor plan will be shared first with the registered exhibitors in mid-April who can express their preferences. After a reaction period of about 2 weeks we will make the floor plan permanent.

Is it possible to choose a different color carpet tiles, walls or display frame?
Yes. The online manual will shortly be published on how this works.
I don’t know what additional options I want to take, can I report this later?
Yes you can. Email your preferences to the project team. In the online manual that will be published shortly, the deadline for this will be announced.
I don’t know what kind of furniture option I want to take, can I report this later?

I have a different preference for the extra stand options and/or furniture than I indicated on the registration form, how can I change this?
You can email your changed preference to the project team.
Where can I place orders for facilities or logistics?
You can place your orders via the webshop soon. More information about the webshop will be published soon in the online manual.

Where is my online company profile visible?
Your company profile can be found in the exhibitor list.
What can I do with my online company profile?
You can use your profile to:
– Adding a company description and logo
– Adding a link to your website and social media, images and a movie
– Post news items that appear on the main page
Why do I fill in the online company profile?
– To make sure that a visitor knows at a glance what your services/products are
– Because this way you can generate free publicity on the front page of E&A by placing
news announcements
– To increase your company’s online traceability
– To present your company online on a reliable and independent website
– To be present and to get in touch with a large visitors database
