Webshop Jaarbeurs (available from 2 May till 5 September 2023)
Your stand package includes: electrics 3.5 kW main connection and your chosen furniture option.
Additional equipment, such as extra furniture, catering, water, compressed air can be ordered via the webshop of the Jaarbeurs. Parking tickets can be ordered in the webshop at a later time.
Pay attention! Because of the catering license within the complex of the Jaarbeurs, catering from other businesses than the Jaarbeurs is not permitted. Read here the conditions of the catering activities. Would you like to request your catering? Fill in the forms which can be found on the downloads page or contact Jaarbeurs for more information.

Webshop A-Booth (available from 8 June till 24 August 2023)
A-booth provides the standard stand building for the fair. Your stand package includes a lockable storage of 2 x 1 m ( at stands < 21 m2: 1 x 1 m ), the furniture option you have chosen and 1 spot per 4 m2. In the A-Booth webshop you can order extra options for your stand. Send your files for the additional options to ea-labnl@a-booth.nl. Here you can find more information about your orders and how to deliver your graphic designs to A-Booth.
You’ll receive your login details via email when the webshop is available. From this moment on, you can place your orders via the webshop.

Visitor registration system and exhibitor badges (available from 11 May 2023)
Invite your relationships with a personal registration link and order your exhibitor badges for your staff. You can also choose between de badgereader and leadscanner app in your account. Both can be used to scan and registrate visitors of your booth during the fair. In the second week of May you will receive your login details. Click here for more information.
