John van Duynhoven is Expertise Team Leader at Unilever R&D Vlaardingen,
Professor (part-time) at Wageningen University and Theme Leader at the Netherlands Metabolomics Centre. His research focus is geared to food products that contribute to health maintenance. By deployment of cutting edge metabolomics technologies he aims to assess the metabolic fate of dietary ingredients in humans in relation to health status. In his lecture he will discuss recent advances in measurement and data modelling that will allow an unprecedented broad view on dietary exposure and effects in humans.
