FAQ about delayed WoTS – Exhibitors

 

  1. I have registered for participation on WoTS 2020. What is the procedure for the invoicing?
    The invoice for participation on WoTS 2020 has not yet been sent. Invoicing will also be postponed to a later time in 2021. This moment is linked to the new date of WoTS and the contents of it.

  2. I have registered to participate at WoTS 2020, but do not know yet if I want to participate in 2021. Can I cancel my registration free of charge?
    Yes, you can cancel your WoTS 2020 participation free of charge. As soon as the date and details of the fair in 2021 are known, the fair organization will inform you again. If you decide to cancel your participation at that time, the payment arrangement for cancellations as included in the conditions of participation will apply again.

  3. I have registered for participation on WoTS 2020, but may want to change my registration (eg the number of square meters or type of stand construction). How does this work?
    This is possible by sending an email to: info@wots.nl. Your old registration will be changed and we will charge you no cancellation costs. When the registration for WoTS / IP 2021 is (re)opened, you will be asked to keep your (re)registration valid.

  4. I intended to submit an innovation for the TechAward WoTS / IP 2020. Will this project continue in 2021?
    The project has been (temporarily) put on hold. You will be informed about the status of the project and when it will be possible to submit innovations again.

  5. I registered to participate in a jointly organized pavilion. Will this as planned continue in 2021?
    We are investigating this. As soon as the details of the fair in 2021 are known, we will inform you individually.

  6. I no longer have access to RegResult, is that correct?
    Yes that’s correct. It will be reopened in due course. As soon as more is known about further developments, the fair organization will inform you.

  7. Will my exhibitor profile remain active on wots.nl?
    Yes, it will remain active unless you decide to cancel your participation.

  8. Will the WoTS 2021 take place again in the Jaarbeurs?
    The date has been moved. In collaboration with the Jaarbeurs, we are investigating the options for the second half of 2021.

  9. I have registered for WoTS 2020. Will I keep my booking and my spotplace on the show floor for WoTS 2021?
    In consultation with our partners, we look at the most suitable options for WoTS / IP, regarding autumn of 2021.

  10. Does anything change to the concept of WoTS?
