The most suitable process for the production of small and medium series
Processes as e.g. injection molding and thermoforming have become instrumental in today’s world of production. But what if only small quantities of a custom plastic part or product are required? Do you invest in expensive tooling or would you like to learn about an alternative production method that is probably unknown to most professionals in product development?
We design and manufacture custom enclosures, covers and other parts without the use of moulds and tooling using a wide range of plastic sheet materials. The process allows for the realisation of prototypes that are identical in every aspect to the serial production, meaning that integral validation of a design can done without significant investments.
