The material is manufactured from the conductive non-woven Shieldex Zeven+30, which achieves shielding performance of up to 90 dB on average in the frequency range of 300 MHz to 10 GHz. The dimensions can be custom-made to protect various types of equipment, from defense components such as torpedoes, drones, smart sensors, measuring instruments, or other sensitive electronic systems.
The seams are made with silver-plated Shieldex thread and finished with Shieldex Ultraflex tape, creating a durable and leak-proof shield. An optional triple fold closure with double electrically conductive Velcro ensures a quick, secure closure without compromising EMI protection.
