How the combination of multiple signals on antenna sites can affect performance
As we move to a more complex frequency/technology mix, we will look at the pro’s and con’s of different antenna configurations for cellular sites – e.g. multiple antennas vs. multi-port. We will look at the options available, highlight the care needed in planning frequency allocations and how these decisions affect performance, especially intermodulation effects.
