Collaboration between FHI, ROVC and TVVL: one clear and future-oriented training offer for building automation
In order to retain and further develop employees, targeted training is essential. That is why FHI Gebouw Automatisering, ROVC and TVVL have joined forces. Together we developed a clear and practical training offer for starters, movers and specialists. This allows employers to have their employees trained or retrained in a targeted manner.
During the meeting we will explain the learning paths and provide a clear overview of the possibilities.
New learning path for lateral entrants: from zero experience to certified mechanic
With an accessible and practice-oriented training concept, we make lateral entrants functionally employable in building automation in a short time. The training is flexibly structured, with different routes depending on the background of the participant, and is concluded with an industry-recognized diploma. During the meeting we discuss:
- The content and structure of the learning paths.
- Practical usability after three days.
- The opportunity for employers to quickly get extra hands.
- The role of secondment agencies and quality assurance within this process.
