Workshop: The basics of public procurement law

Tenders are a recurring challenge for many organizations in the technology sector. Submitting a bid often involves a lot of paperwork, vague or unreasonable requirements, and procedures that are difficult to understand. It can feel like the rules are biased in favor of the contracting party.

In a single afternoon, attorney Bob van der Kamp will explain the basic principles of public procurement law. The workshop is practical and shows you how to strengthen your position as a tenderer.

Registration and costs

The participation fee per person for FHI-affiliated companies is €199, excluding VAT. If your organization is not an FHI member, the participation fee is €349, excluding VAT, per person.

The stated participation costs include coffee, tea, soft drinks and lunch.
Cancellation does not entitle you to credit for costs. It is possible to register a replacement participant/colleague.
