ARTICLE 1. PARTICIPATION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION

1.1 Registration for participation in the workshop can only be done by means of the FHI registration form.

1.2 Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum number of participants is reached.

1.3 Registrations above the set maximum will be registered on a waiting list upon request.

1.4 The participant will receive an invoice for the costs of participation no later than one week after the workshop.

1.5 Cancellation of participation is only possible in writing. 'Written' also includes electronic communication.

1.6 You can cancel a workshop under the following condition:

  • Free cancellation up to four weeks before the start date.
  • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations from four to two weeks before the start date.
  • 100% cancellation fee if you cancel less than one week before the start date.

Our cancellation policy is a starting point. If you are unable to attend the workshop due to an unforeseen calamity, we can often offer a customized solution. For example, it is always possible for a friend or colleague to replace your place during the training or we may be able to move your participation to another date. In any case, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the workshop on the planned date.

ARTICLE 2. CHANGE OF DATE AND LOCATION

2.1 In case of insufficient registrations, FHI reserves the right to cancel the workshop. The participant will be notified of this no later than four weeks before the workshop.

2.2 FHI may change the date set for the workshop

ARTICLE 3. LIABILITY

3.1 FHI accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft of the participant's property.

3.2 Participation in the workshop is entirely at the participant's own risk.

3.3 FHI is in no event liable for any damage resulting from changes (of the date of) or cancellation of the workshop.

3.4 The participant indemnifies FHI against claims from third parties, including the workshop location.

ARTICLE 4. SPECIAL RULES OF CONDUCT

4.1 Placing and handing out materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) on tables, counters and other places is not permitted.
