The agreement is entered into for a period ending on December 31 of the year of registration (the end of the association year) and, unless written notice of termination, is tacitly extended for a period of one year. Cancellation must be made by means of a written notification to the board, which must be sent to the secretary before December 1 of the current calendar year. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of this registration.
