In this presentation 15 years of experiences from more than 60 LIMS selection (& implementation) projects are shared. Lessons learned regarding the role of involved parties (laboratory, supplier and vendor independent consultant) are discussed.
Using a proven project approach, the most common challenges faced by the parties involved are addressed per project stage.
Louis will share some project tips for both the lab and the supplier.
