Are we as an industry really secure if we are 'compliant'?

Compliance with standards, laws, and regulations provides a sense of security, but is that justified? Are we truly protected, or is it a false sense of security? In practice, the industry remains vulnerable to cyberattacks, espionage, and sabotage of industrial networks.
