4:30 pm Dismantling. Out of respect for the visitors present, we ask that you emphatically not to start dismantling earlier (unless the organization gives permission earlier).
Table-top stand
- The exhibition space is located in the Foyer.
- The stand space is 4 x 2 m2 large, provided:
- table (1.60 x 0.80 meters; skirted)
- 2 chairs
- 1 electricity connection (230 volts).
- Exhibitors can place their company back wall or screen (maximum 4 metres wide) behind the table.
- If you do not wish to use the table and/or chair(s) or have any special requests, please let us know by Monday 3 March at the latest. by email.
- In the exhibition space, exhibitors can use wireless internet (WiFi) free of charge. A wired internet connection can be used by email request from us for a fee.
- Exhibitors must yourself to bring:
- reel/extension cord for electricity in the stand;
- hanging material;
- back wall, poster board, quick screens; maximum 4 meters wide!
- exhibition material (NB. It is not permitted to exhibit outside the table-top).
loading and unloading
- Exhibitors can load/unload at the rear of Dexter 21 to 30 (left side) or at the main entrance.
- It is not possible to build up earlier than Tuesday 11 March 7:00. Delivering goods/materials to the location earlier is possible in consultation.
General
- The lectures will take place in Limousin 3 and Dexter 21 to 26.

- Coffee and tea are available free of charge all day. Soft drinks are served from 2.40pm. You can enjoy a free lunch.
