Johan is in zijn hele loopbaan nauw betrokken geweest bij alle typen uitdagingen in en rondom de elektromotor. Zijn scope-of-expertise omvat conventionele motorstarters, frequentieregelaars, softstarters of complexe motormanagementsystemen op basis van veldbusaansturing of voorspellend onderhoud.
