Electrical equipment is becoming increasingly compact, which only increases the need for local active cooling. In addition, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CRDS) is being implemented, requiring companies to make detailed reports on their sustainability practices. In the same trend, new regulations are coming into effect that will further restrict the use of F-gases (fluorinated greenhouse gases) in industrial cooling systems and even ban them completely in a few years. During this lecture, we will discuss the impact of this legislation and the need to switch to environmentally friendly alternatives, what does that mean for cooling equipment? Elincom Electronics, as Benelux distributor of Seifert Systems, is prepared for this and shares insights on innovative cooling technologies and solutions that are both effective and sustainable.
