Predictive maintenance for separation machines with AI.

Spaleck produces separation machines for the waste processing industry, which separate waste by means of vibrations. These vibrations also have a significant impact on the mechanics of the machines, which can lead to fractures in the constructions. In this lecture we show how Spaleck, in collaboration with IXON and AixBrain, can prevent this type of failure. The solution is based on cloud-based data collection and artificial intelligence to act predictively and anticipate problems.
