What are you going to do?
As a marketer at FHI, you are responsible for planning, drafting (in collaboration with communication colleagues) and executing email campaigns that effectively reach our members and external target groups. You ensure continuity and consistency in the message, and work closely with various teams within FHI. You use your in-depth knowledge of email marketing and segmentation to optimize our marketing and communication processes. We work with marketing automation tool: HubSpot.
Your main tasks:
- Planning and mapping communication (via email, social media, website)
- Managing email campaigns: from planning to execution via HubSpot.
- Segment and analyze target groups for personalized emails.
- Testing and optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
- Monitor results such as open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
- Analyzing data from HubSpot and making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and analyze LinkedIn channels and ensure greater visibility.
- Actively contribute to the further development of HubSpot within the organization.
