Adeunis and CARL Software have jointly developed a solution for connected maintenance management based on Artificial Intelligence and Edge Computing.

The Adeunis sensors are integrated into the BL Predict platform and can issue maintenance orders based on direct analyses. The collaboration between “Adeunis and CARL Source connected object” is transparent and automatic. Thanks to the relevant and more accurate information that is sent, the maintenance engineer can work faster and more efficiently. This can reduce costs and extend the life of the equipment.

The strengths of this IoT solution:

  • Adapts to any existing ventilation system (AHU, CMV)
  • No configuration required on the sensor thanks to built-in AI
  • Identifies normal operating mode, automatically derives deviations and alarm thresholds.

The IoT adeunis Smart Delta P sensor connects directly to the existing ventilation system, thanks to the 2 tubes and the current clamp. In a first phase, the Adeunis IoT connected sensors will observe and analyze a so-called "normal" operation of the ventilation system.
Once this analysis phase is completed, the solution can detect the first signs of an “abnormal” operation. In traditional operation, after the analysis phase, the sensors will communicate the alerts to the Carl Software platform via the IoT networks in case of exceeding the thresholds (defined after the learning phase).

The data processed by the platform enables building managers to adjust the operation of their ventilation systems and anticipate maintenance.
