The last three months have been an exciting time for us: full of great conversations, inspiring discussions and valuable contacts at eight fairs and exhibitions across Europe. Each event had its own distinctive character and showcased the passion and innovative spirit of the electronics industry.
We presented our new HDI pool at the exposition – an economical solution for designs with a BGA and an easy entry to HDI technology in line with our motto “an engineer's best friend”.
The HDI pool offers the following:
- Seamless transition to HDI: Our PCB Visualizer supports HDI designs with microvias and simplifies the switch from standard technology, guiding you every step of the way from design verification to “Right First Time for Manufacture”.
- Instant pricing & fast turnaround: As always, you get an immediate quote and delivery time. Your HDI PCBs will be ready in as little as 10 working days.
- Quick start with HDI technology: A predefined 8-layer stack, including two microvia layers, enables full routing of BGAs with a pitch as small as 0.4 mm – all without significantly increasing costs! Save your preliminary calculation of your HDI project in the shopping basket of your Eurocircuits online customer account and from there you can download an Altium Design Rule Check package that allows you to start your CAD layout project for HDI with the right buildup and the right design specifications.
- Fast and reliable prototyping: Start your PCB design immediately and develop a production-ready HDI design with precision. Our Right-First-Time approach guarantees that your HDI prototypes are manufactured promptly and accurately, without delays.
- Expert guidance: Why face the challenges of HDI alone. Our team of experienced engineers is here to assist, offering predefined fan-outs for common package types and personalized support to ensure your HDI designs are correct from the start.

Highlights of the electronics in Munich
The crowning glory: electronica in Munich with over 80,000 visitors from 59 countries. This mega-event showed us once again how much potential the electronics industry has. At the same time, it became clear how important it is to secure and strengthen Europe as a major development and manufacturing center for electronics for the long term, especially now. Our position: a resilient electronics market is crucial for global success and sustainable economic growth.
We were impressed by the visit of Paul, Robin and Laurens, three amazing students from the WARR Rocketry Team at the Technical University of Munich. The team develops rockets, satellites and space robots and is one of almost 50 student teams across Europe that Eurocircuits support by supplying PCBs and PCBAs for their projects. Their enthusiasm and passion is infectious. If you want to see for yourself, take a look at it video about the team – it's well worth a look!
