HELUKABEL, the specialist in electrical connection technology, has been awarded the prestigious Best Managed Companies Award 2024. The award, which is organized by the audit and consultancy firm Deloitte Private, the Swiss major bank UBS, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and De Stem van de German Industry (BDI) eV, is recognized as a quality mark for exceptionally well-managed companies.
The Best Managed Companies Award evaluates the four key areas of strategy, productivity and innovation; culture and involvement; governance; and finance. Due to the successful developments of recent years, HELUKABEL was able to impress the jury in these categories. “We are very proud of this honor and the appreciation for our work that it represents,” says Andreas Hoppe, Chief Financial Officer of HELUKABEL GmbH, regarding the presentation of the award in the Palmengarten event hall in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. “In the more than 45 years of history of our company, we can look back on an impressive growth rate. This was only possible because we were able to seize opportunities and rely on a strong, motivated team in ever-changing circumstances. I see this award as proof that we were quite successful in this.”
“HELUKABEL is an exceptional example of a Best Managed Company that proves itself through its formidable combination of foresight, productivity, innovative spirit and strong, value-oriented management. The company also has an impressive ability to harmonize an attractive workplace and economic growth. It is an example of how companies in their region can make a significant difference,” emphasizes Dr. Christine Wolter, Partner and Leader of Deloitte Private. The Best Managed Companies program is a competition and seal of quality for successful mid-sized companies. The vision: to develop a national and global ecosystem of exceptionally managed mid-market companies. An important, unique feature of the prize is its internationality. Best Managed Companies was started by Deloitte in Canada in the 1990s and has since been successfully launched in more than 45 countries. The awarded companies are medium-sized or family businesses and have demonstrated successful economic development in recent years. The winners are selected by a jury consisting of renowned economists and representatives of the sciences and the media.”
