Sundyne HMD introduces the new CSI/CSA line, ideal for chemicals and hazardous substances. The magnet-driven centrifugal pumps can pump chemicals, solvents, toxic and hazardous media in the safest way. Available materials are stainless steel 316, Alloy C and Alloy 20.
Simple modification
These new pumps have a modular structure and are easy to adapt to different process needs. Due to this high degree of interchangeability, only a limited number of spare parts are required for support. The CSI/CSA line is suitable for temperatures from -40 to 260°C. With capacities up to 64m³/h and pressures up to 16 bar (CSI) and 18.9 bar (CSA), these magnet-driven pumps can be used for many applications.

Safety first
The Zeroloss PEEK separation bus is reliable and insensitive to any process disruptions. The fully closed housing and internal and external bumper rings provide extra robustness. This makes these CSI/CSA pumps suitable for dangerous, aggressive, hot and valuable products. The NdFeB magnets are more compact and stronger than other magnets used.
Energy saving
The hydraulics of this series of pumps have been redesigned and have a higher efficiency compared to the previous series. The standard Zeroloss PEEK separation bus also has no eddy current losses. These new pumps are in line with the global ambition of energy saving and environmental protection.
The CSI pump complies with ISO 2858:2010 dimensions and ISO 15783:2003 construction regulations. The CSA pump meets the ASME 73.3-2015 requirements and dimensions. All pumps are available in block and coupled versions.
