DEWETRON GmbH (Austria) introduces a very compact, portable measuring system for the laptop. Perfect for on-site measurements of all kinds of signals and sensors.

NEX[DAQ] is the flexible “everyday tool” for test and validation engineers and troubleshooters. Small, compact and very robust: the 8-channel NEX[DAQ] with analogue, universal inputs and an excellent price-performance ratio.

When connected to your laptop’s USB-C or Ethernet interface, the NEX[DAQ] becomes a powerful measurement system for all kinds of signals and sensors: analog, digital, counter/encoder, and CAN bus.

8 analog inputs up to 100V with support for direct measurement of strain gauges and load cells. Programmable sensor power supply completes the analog input. For other sensors, MSI adapters can be used.

4 advanced high-speed encoders with support for quadrature sensors

Digital I/O with 8 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs and another 8 counters.

2 CAN bus gates with CAN-FD protocol support

For mobile use, the unit can be powered via USB-C PD power bank, direct AC or DC power or POE (Power Over Ethernet). In addition, the unit is robust, waterproof (IP67) and suitable for both low and high ambient temperatures.

The supplied OXYGEN software for Windows 10-11 or Linux (Unbuntu / RedHat) makes it possible to visualize all signals as raw data or already processed online with filters, statistics, functions and formulas. Of course, the data can be saved for accurate analysis afterwards. By means of triggers it is possible to record only relevant data with high 24-bit resolution and adjustable speed up to 200kS/s per channel. All this completely synchronously.

Model NEX[DAQ]-1000 has an A/D converter with 1MS/sec for each input/

The measuring system can be expanded with additional units and/or 8-channel XR modules for 'slow signals' such as temperature and process signals (volt, mA).
