The Ranatec RI 4410 is a 4-bit attenuator with an operating range of 50 MHz to 6 GHz and offers an attenuation of up to 95.25 dB with a step size of 0.25 dB.
This attenuator can be used to accurately and reliably set RF signal levels, either as an integral part of an in-service RF solution or as part of a wireless test system. And of course for all applications where the signal power needs to be changed remotely to prevent overload or unwanted signal clipping.
The broadband design means that a single attenuator is sufficient, which improves the simplicity of the test circuit and reduces the chance of errors and additional losses when looping through.
The aluminum module measures 52x79x12.4mm and is equipped with SMA jack connectors.
The RI 4410 can be operated via a parallel or serial interface and 4 units can be operated via one serial bus.
