Have you ever actually measured how many wires the average skilled technician lays per hour? No? Weird.
This process takes up more than 50% of the construction time of a panel, so it is quite decisive for your end result.

We know from various measurements taken at customers that a trained technician installs an average of between 10 and 20 wires per hour, in extreme cases up to 25 wires. 
With wire confection you go for a minimum of 50 wires per hour and a maximum of 120 wires per hour. In the worst case you do it “only” twice as fast, and this with staff that does not need to be technically trained. Or did you easily find fitters at an affordable rate?

Literally anyone can get started with wire confection, just read from the wire where you have to connect it, it can't be more straightforward. Throughput speed down, qualification threshold for personnel down and quality up.

With a crystallized production process, controlled with our own developed POSSS software and above all looking every day for that small process change that can save just one more second of production time.
This means that we can produce profitably for every one-off. So don't make the mistake of thinking that you need series or volume, on the contrary.

A series production of panels can be made profitable relatively easily without extensive wire confection, with each batch or serial number you can do it a little more efficiently based on previous experience.
To efficiently build a one-off panel you only have 1 chance, so it has to be spot-on straight away, and that is possible with wire confection!

We produce the wires for you on our Komax Zeta 630, Zeta 640 or Kappa 340, with which we can cut, strip, print and crimp contacts fully automatically from 0.22mm² to 70mm², supplemented with an arsenal of semi-automatic devices.
This makes us a partner with a reliable and high-quality production process that you can rely on.

With more than 300 wire references permanently in stock, divided over PVC, halogen-free, automotive and UL wires, we always deliver from stock, good for 500 to 600 km of stock.
More than 500 contacts are possible in the finishes, from ultrasonic compaction to Molex contacts, or simply wire end sleeves.
