Eltrex Motion expands activities |

Breda, July 5, 2022 – The success of Eltrex Motion in the Benelux is being followed in France. Eltrex France officially started on July 1, 2022. The new company is led by Coen Waltman,
also Director of Eltrex Motion in the Benelux. Marc Rea is responsible for sales in France.
Eltrex Motion – part of the Eight Lakes group – specializes in drive and positioning technology and is active in equipment and machine construction. In recent years, the focus has been on further strengthening the position within the 'Motion Control Technologies' market in the Benelux. This included efforts to better serve existing and new customers through greater sharing of specialist knowledge.
“After our successes in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, we are now ready for the next step: the start of Eltrex France,” says Waltman. “Several customers and partners in the Benelux have asked us to follow them to France. This makes expansion to France a logical choice. We are convinced that we can add value in this new market with our expertise and thus create new business opportunities. Especially with Marc Rea on board. With more than 25 years of experience in the motion control market, we will realize our growth ambitions.”
Expansion Eight Lakes group
With the opening of Eltrex France, the Eight Lakes group is further expanding its activities in the market for industrial and professional solutions. Other companies that belong to the Eight Lakes group are Telerex, EltrexPro, Luxendi, Rodax, Mechatronix, Cooling House, Aveva Select Benelux, Aveva Select Scandinavia, CATS and Cats Power Design. With a total of approximately 320 employees, these companies achieved an annual turnover of 135 million euros in 2021.
The Eight Lakes group is no stranger to France. The group of companies has offices in Pringy and in Villebon-sur-Yvette near Paris, where Eltrex France's head office is also located.
