Seifert Systems is one of the first manufacturers to introduce an industrial air conditioner that fully complies with the upcoming F-Gas regulations and is PFAS-free: the SLIMLINE NEO.
While many manufacturers are only gradually making their refrigerants more sustainable, Seifert is leading the way, so that machine builders do not run the risk of having to adapt their designs for certain lanes or new legislation, or of having to deal with service restrictions.
Key features for engineers:
- Compact and filterless – up to 30 % smaller housing with excellent cooling power to size ratio; minimal maintenance requirements.
- Refrigerant R290 (propane) – in accordance with IEC / EN / UL 60335-2-40, natural refrigerant with a GWP of only 0.02; up to 75% less refrigerant required, completely PFAS-free.
- Highly efficient and safe design – EER (COP) up to 3.6 thanks to variable compressor technology, micro-channel condenser and regulated fans; the significantly reduced R290 charge more than meets safety limits without compromising cooling capacity.
- Modulating control – dynamic adjustment to the heat load for more stable cabinet temperatures and less condensation.
- Cooling capacities – in 6 versions (3 construction types) from 300-110W from 500-1800W and from 600-2700W (L35/L35).
- Smart operation – integrated display and interface for status reading, fault diagnosis and parameter setting.
- Compact design – installation depth from approx. 145 mm, ideal for retrofit applications.
- Optional stainless steel versions (AISI 304 / 316) – suitable for food, outdoor and corrosion-sensitive environments.
- Standard IP55 and optional NEMA 4X / IP54 – waterproof and dustproof, suitable for car washes and hygienic applications.
With the SLIMLINE NEO, machine and panel builders can now future-proof their designs: a single platform that meets the strictest environmental and service requirements worldwide, without the risk of system changes or uncertainty about the future of PFAS or high-GWP equipment.
