VIRO, like others, sees the challenges and opportunities that present themselves in the energy transition. We are convinced that hydrogen will play a significant role in this. In our role as an engineering firm that provides engineering and project management, VIRO has already worked on several installations for alternative fuels. The role that VIRO plays in similar projects is often that of integrator and connector, and project manager and engineering party.
On Thursday, June 3 from 9:30 am to 10:00 am o'clock Raymond van Kleef and Marcel Mataheru will provide the webinar on behalf of VIRO: “Hydrogen, technology, government and citizens. From idea to realization” during the FHI online knowledge days.
This webinar will discuss the implementation of projects involving hydrogen. What bottlenecks arise? This includes permits (legislation, (local) politics, archaeological research), stakeholder management and integration of the systems (NoBo, Safety, CE).
The political aspect of hydrogen projects in particular is often underestimated. Because the typology of hydrogen stations is not yet complete, legislation and policy are not always clear, applicable or conclusive.
